Projects
Designed and deployed a responsive, hand-coded site (HTML, CSS & JavaScript) with dedicated service pages, WhatsApp booking integration, and a location map. Analysed appointment workflows, recommended process improvements, then delivered training and post-launch support.
Established the company's first digital presence through a 5-page multilingual WordPress site, enabling B2B client discovery for Indonesian audiences. Configured Google Maps integration, multilingual capabilities, and SEO metadata growing organic traffic from a zero baseline.
Delivered an 11-page digital platform supporting service booking and customer acquisition. Translated operational requirements into booking workflows, service navigation, and SEO configuration, contributing to increased customer enquiries post-launch.

Co-led a 70-page PMBOK-aligned project plan for a hypothetical platform integration — awarded the #1 grade in the cohort. Built a 7-sprint schedule, PERT and critical-path analysis, an MS Project Gantt, an 18-item requirements traceability matrix, and a quantified PESTLE/SWOT risk plan.
